This hotel gets 5 stars for the staff who were super helpful and efficient; the location and for the delicious breakfast: their pastries are amazing and they have much to choose from beyond the baked goods. The 4 stars are based on my own personal preferences, which may not apply to everyone. I am a light sleeper, so if you are not a light sleeper, definitely go to this hotel. As a light sleeper, the sound proofing could have been better: it was awkward hearing other folks use the bathroom in other rooms. I am also a person who likes to start the day with quiet, but if you like a boisterous, active start to the day, this is your hotel! As a quiet morning person, it was a lot to walk into the que of people getting their delicious pastries and espresso. The location of the hotel was great: being so close to wonderful neighborhoods, beautiful architecture and tasty restaurants was very enjoyable.

Love the location of the hotel where is so centralized and convenient! Room is spacious and clean! The only thing is because it has a bakery downstair and you will smell the bread from the oven baked ventilator which is centrally installed in the building (not an issue if you are fine with it).

The hotel itself is very cozy with a bakery when u enter that u cannot even missed having breakfast. Prices us cheaper compared outside the area. Walkable in Casa mila & casa batllo. Well recommended!!

Hotel Praktik is the best option for staying in Barcelona. It’s close to museums/shops and to the Sagrada Familia. The staff are very attentive, and the food and breakfast options are excellent.

The fresh smell from the bakery each morning was a big plus. Everything we ate here was amazing. The service was good. The rooms were clean and they were as accommodating as possible. We would stay again.

Location of the Hotel was excellent. Close enough walk to everything. Free refillable water bottle. Walls seem a little thin, heard the room next to us argue early in the morning. Room is definitely on the smaller side, there was barely enough room to open up a full size luggage on the floor and when you did there was no space to walk around. We needed an iron and there wasn't one available in the room had to go ask for it at the front desk. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights.

Very nice reception by the person that checked us in on a very busy day. The bakery is often busy so the hotel is accessed through the bakery. yum So great to have such a nice option for breakfast or snack. I loved our room looking over a courtyard and playground in the back of the building It was very quiet and I loved seeing the few dogs and kids playing.
