Terrific hotel on La Ramblas. Very professional and attentive staff. If you ask for something, they make it happen. Hotel is nicer than it looks in pictures. We had an excellent time at this hotel. The younger bartender in the Sky Bar (don’t know his name) was especially wonderful and kind. Also, the ladies at the front desk and Javier, who kindly went out to get us a taxi and took our luggage. We’d already checked out and he was still looking after us. This hotel is a great oasis from the busy hub of La Ramblas.

9 years ago we stayed here and found it to be wonderful. This time I wish we had been told when we booked that there was construction everywhere around the hotel. We might have changed locations. the rooftop bar is a great addition, the staff was wonderful both times, the rooms were small but very efficient We love Rambla.

We can’t speak highly enough of Mauricio, Marilia and the rest of the front desk staff. We left our passports in our previous hotel in Valencia. The staff went over and above to initiate the delivery process and followed through to help with the delayed delivery.

Great place! Central to get around Barcelona. Delicious, plentiful breakfast. Only drawback is the meeting place for the fans of the futbol team is really close by and they can get loud until late.

Awesome place

The room was awesome. We had breakfast each day on the balcony... over looking the las ramblas. The staff was awesome. From the front desk to any interchange with Any other staff we had was pleasant. They recommended a few restaurants and at one we had the best paella we have ever had. Cadaques... awesome restaurant!

Our stay here has been excellent . I have felt safe, room with rambla balcony has wonderful view and lovely in the evenings. Room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is modern and shower water was hot. Rooftop bar has amazing view. Breakfast had many options and lobby provides water and snacks all day. Only downside is there is construction going on street up front so taxi will drop you off down the block or across street, but it is not too far and did not make me have a negative impact about this hotel. I would stay here again and have enjoyed every moment of our stay here.
