We stayed at this hotel in Barcelona for four nights and overall appreciated the location and staff. The checkin process was smooth. However, on our last night, we had an unfortunate experience. At around 6:00 a.m., water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the guest upstairs taking a shower. This was startling and disruptive, especially at that hour. When we reported it to the front desk, the only solution offered was to move us to another room. While the staff member at the desk did apologize in person, there was no follow-up, and no outreach from management to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more proactive communication and care to ensure guests feel valued, especially after such an incident. This was disappointing.

Nice, convenient, clean, good price

Very convenient hotel with an excellent location and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean, the shower was nice, and breakfast was included. Although the buffet is small, it offers Spanish dishes that are tasty and satisfying. The staff was friendly, and overall everything was good. Great value for the price—I would definitely come back.

We stayed at Hotel Turin in Barcelona for three nights and really enjoyed our time there. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. The air conditioning worked well, which was especially important during the warm summer days. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet. There was a nice variety of fresh cakes, different kinds of bread, and eggs, which gave us a good start to the day. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from many main attractions. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Fabulous hotel

Everything about Hotel Turin was fabulous from the location to the very helpful and lovely staff. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again when I return to Barcelona.

Waited for 1hour and 50 minutes for room to be "ready" for me to check in. NO coffee maker or kettle in room and none available anywhere in hotel (I like to change into my p.j.'s at night and read with a cup of tea or hot chocolate before going to sleep). No kleenix in room. Hair dryer ran for less than 2 minutes on high before quitting b/c of overheating. I had to wait over 5 minutes for it to be useable again. To dry my hair after washing it I had to repeat this process 6 times, making it 45+ minute endeavor.
