We enjoyed the hotel very much. They gave us excellent service. I left a bag containg cash in the room safe and did not realize it until we left. We contacted the hotel and let them know. They said they would hold it for us. We returned a week later and they had it there for us.

This place is worth staying. It is a little far from other touristic places, but I feel like it was worth the say. Breakfast was very decent as well. Definitely recommend taking that as well.

The hotel is well placed, walkable to town center (like 30 min walk), botanic garden and the gondola. The room was very tiny but it was clean. They did promise a third "twin bed" as we paid a much higher price for a room with actual three persons capacity but they had added a sort of an uncomfortable sofa-thingy. Staff were very nice and polite. The breakfast was okay but I'd rather spend the 18 euros in a café with fresher products.

All good, except they charged me 40 euro to get my room key early, not prepare the room early it was obviously already prepared, but 40 euro to access it early. Seemed unnecessary.
