The location is close to every where, 15 minutes drive to all the famous places. We got upgraded to family suite, the room is very spacious and clean, nice design for travelers who have many luggages. The best is the VIP LOUNGE, snack are tasty and good great. High quality food and service. We stayed there for two days, very enjoyed the experience

The hotel was great but with signs of neglect. The jacuzzi didn't work, the spa shower and also the hotel windows were dirty from the outside. The neighborhood was ok but transport links were a bit complicated if not Spanish or Catalan speaker. For a 5☆ hotel too many paid services not much generosity. Wonderful staff and delicious breakfast.

Air conditioner didn’t work (blew warm air) and neither did plumbing. Our shower flooded with water from the tub which was full from draining slowly and it flooded our room. We had to pack up and relocate to another room in the middle of the night. I asked for an iron and it never came. Location is far from the center of the city. Hot tub and spa was closed when we were there.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, close to most important shop and restaurants. Safe area to walk during night. I guess the rooms need renovation as everything is old, no USB plug also
