Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a bathroom, fully equipped.Located in the center of Mataró, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train stationIt is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, washer-dryer, iron, hob, coffee maker and all necessary utensils for cooking) and a kitchen living room with table chairs sofa beds for two and TV.It has high speed Wifi.Includes sheets and towels, for all guests.AccommodationIt is excellently connected to Barcelona by a direct train link (line R1).
Perfect for couples, families and friends, leisure, work or study.25 km from Barcelona and 30 km from the Costa Brava (10-15 minutes walk from the station, trains every 5 minutes).Recently built apartment.The apartment is in the center of La Riera 88 street, considered the best street in this city, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train station.Pedestrian zone where you can find fashion shops, cafes and restaurants.Possibility of taking a parking space in the same building with an additional cost of 15 euros per dayHOUSE RULES - Upon arrival, all persons in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. - It is not allowed to accommodate or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation. - It is forbidden to perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...). It is very respect the rest of the neighbors. - It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any incivive behavior. - Acceptance of the conditions of the rental contract IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT. CONSIDER: - All minor members of the reserve are the responsibility of their parents / guardians and must always be supervised by an adult. - They must remove the garbage from the accommodation during their stay to avoid odors and dirt. - Waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gas, may mean that the deposit is not returned in full. - It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense. The tourist fee of 1,10 euro person per day will be charged to all over 16 years. the cost per pets is 35 euros
