Cleaning staff rude - not giving a great impression. Wall in room had stains on them. Room rug was dirty. Window blind stopped working. Overpriced and room not 5 star quality. Rooftop views were nice. Lobby area was nice. Room lighting and bathroom lighting inadequate. Noise from building works outside. For the price paid it was a let down.

Staff was always smiling and willing to help. Rooms were simple and worked. But the chair was not very good to sit and relax as you would just slide off. The breakfast was ok, but being Nobu, you would expect more. However it was just a standard buffet and the bread items were not that great, unfortunately.

Hotel was as luxurious as expected. The room amenities we well appointed and we particularly loved the room controls available (including opening/closing the shades). The rooftop bar was also spectacular, with amazing views across Barcelona. The neighborhood near Sants is always busy and was a little surprising but it did not interfere with our stay at all (no outside noise heard from the room)

I want to love this hotel but I didn’t. Our room faced a carpark, it had a sofa area as we paid for a better room but it was so tucked away you would never use it and as our view was a carpark we had to keep the curtain’s shut. You need to book a higher floor. The room was nice, bed was very comfy but staff were ok nothing standout. We went to the pool and lied on sun loungers. No one on either occasion came to ask if we wanted a drink we had to go to the bar. They could have made a fortune out of us!! The views were incredible. Location was great as right next to subway and 10 mins to central Barcelona. I didn’t by anyway hate it just wouldn’t go back.
