They didn’t come to clean our room promptly until we asked. We also asked for service to carry down luggages on departure day but no one shows up. Room is spacious but hotel is a bit far from core downtown.

Staff in reception were very friendly and helpful. Great location and staf called for Taxi when needed . Good location to both train stations and also to the hop on hop off bus. When with 2 kids aged 10 and 13yrs old. Felt safe. We even took the boys to the roof top bar and they were welcomed.
