My daughter and I stayed here for her 18th. It was perfect location. Very modern inside. We had an early flight into Barcelona and the kind man on reception got us a room where we could check in early rather than having to wait till 2. The roof top pool was a great touch when we had a few chilled out hours before heading to Las Ramblers in the afternoon. We did a lot of walking but bus stops and metro are a few minutes away.

Beautiful Hotel, Ideally Situated

Couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. The rooftop bar is a friendly place serving delicious drinks, the pool is standard size for Barcelona rooftops, but kept very clean daily, and the cleaning of the room seems perfectly timed for guests coming and going - no awkward moments there!

My flights changed and they would not accommodate. Not only did I pay for two nights, and stay one; they would not offer a room upgrade and they charged me an extra 100 Eu for my daughter to stay in the same room on the same bed. Really overpriced and unaccommodating.

Great hotel in Barcelona

This hotel was located in a very bustling part of Barcelona. I was steps away from shops, restaurants and the train and bus stops. It was a walkable, safe area near some tourists sites too. The rooftop, pool, gym, and main floor lounge are a few to check out. The staff were amazing!!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, great location

Great location just off Placa España, easy for the airport bus. Room nice and comfy and clean with complimentary hair and hand wash. We use this hotel every time we visit Barcelona and will do so in the future.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Due to unexpected strikes in France, we missed our flight from the UK to Barcelona. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and asked if we could rearrange or modify our booking. Despite the circumstances being completely out of our control, the hotel was unwilling to offer any flexibility, cancellation, or even a partial credit. As a result, we suffered a significant financial loss with no option to recover or reschedule our stay. We understand it wasn’t their fault that our travel plans were disrupted, but we were hoping for at least some understanding or assistance. Sadly, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to help left a very poor impression.
