Room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location - loads of food options on the roof of Arenas de Barcelona next door. The only reason I didn't give full marks was check-in: I checked in online so it should have been a quick process to get the key. I still had to wait 25 minutes before I could get to my room, depite there only being two peopl ein front of me in the queue. Totally unacceptable and it ruined my plans for the first night.

The room on the surface looks pretty good but the towels were really thin and worn out which is kind of disappointing considering it's a four-star property. Overall decent stay would recommend.

I will say that 4 stars for me is really high for a rating. So overall I enjoyed the stay but unsure it would suffice for a longer than 1 night stay. Took 25 minutes to check in because someone was at lunch and there was only one person working. There’s little to no storage for anything… no drawers, etc. I did like the executive room in general but my shower wasn’t functioning properly and I didn’t like the soaps/shampoos/lotions. Very low budget. I washed my hair and it was oily/dirty like 12 hours later. I had to shower again this morning. However, the bed was VERY comfortable and that seems impossible to find these days. I would stay again if needed for a 1-2 night stay.

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained, the roof deck was pleasant even with the bar area closed for the season. There is a pool up there but did not get to take advantage of it. Highly recommend going up anyway just cuz it has a great view and nice place to relax. The staff are all welcoming and the rooms are nice and quiet. Great proximity to just about all Metro lines as well as the Aerobus for the airport. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient hotel when visiting Barcelona

I didn’t like the hotel and would never recommend it. I wouldn’t stayed there again. I made a room reservation with two twin beds. When I checked in, I was told they didn’t have a room with two twins beds. And if I wanted two beds, I would have to pay an additional 50 euros. I told them I wasn’t going to pay any more money. I don’t know where they were going to place the bed for the room was so small, and there was no place for an extra bed. I was told I had reserved a room with extra amenities, like coffee, tea and water. I noticed I had water in the fridge the 1st day, Two days later, I told them I didn’t get any water that day. I was told it was only the first day, and I had to pay for the water. I never knew what was included or not.

Second time staying at this hotel and have enjoyed it! The rooms are nice, comfortable and have nice toiletry and coffee items. The staff as last time were phenomenal. Specifically Meri’s customer service, and great attitude made our trip that much better. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Barcelona!! Also it is close to public transportation and shopping.
