Excellent location! Metro right out front. Hop on hop off bus across the street. Taxis stay out front. Places to eat galore. Shopping too. Think of a less hectic Times Square vibe. Excellent staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Excellent room amenities! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Our room views were gorgeous; we had a great view of the plaza Catalon from our Terrace. The hotel was very thoughtful and gracious, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right at the plaza Catalunya which is both good for location and bad for the crowds. The property is good, but need refurbish the bed which has been warned out. Service is good

Upon arrival there was a nice welcome, friendly concierge and staff, they provided a mini tour of the room to show where everything was located. We stayed in a deluxe suite with an excellent view of the Plaça and was very quiet. The suite had a separate room with a Queen bed and then another room with a Queen sofa bed that had its own tv. We had our own bathrobes and slippers as well. The shampoo and soap was very nice and the jacuzzi tub was nice to use after a long day of walking. Location was amazing and close to transit, a taxi stand, and walkable to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The breakdown buffet offerings were tasty and well stocked. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was very helpful and friendly hotel is very clean and breakfast was wonderful with a myriad of choices. Location is close to shopping and transportation. Many stores and restaurant around and faces the main square. The rain shower was wonderful with excellent flow of warm water no limit. The amenities, like the gym, however, is located offsite close enough but I didnt have time to go so i cant grade it fairly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has great location. Right off the center plaza in Gothic Quarter. Convenient to shops and attractions. The hotel is small, but clean and tastefully decorated. We booked the Premium Triple Room,City View. The room, is a bit tight with the sofa bed folded out tbat left very little room for fridge and desk access. We didn't get City View but view of the back of some old historic building which was rather interesting. The staff was courteous and attentive. Hotel didn't have a pool but offered access to a health club 8 minute walk away. We didn't take advantage of this. An on-premise pool would have been nice. The restaurant looks nice, but it was a bit upscale for our taste (hubby and son prefers pastas and pizzas :). The biggest gripe we had was the design of the bathroom. It was an open-style bathroom with frosted glass panels that did not provide much privacy. It may have been ok for single person or a couple, but it was rather awkward for a family with a teenage boy. We were offered to upgrade to a suite room which has private bathroom for additional $50 a night. But we already unpacked and spend one night, it was not worth it moving. I felt since they had the suite available, it would have been better if they offered a free upgrade. After all we were already paying $400/night. I guess for the money, I was expecting a bit more. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Barcelona is beautiful and the hotel location was very convenient.
