It features an open floor plan that integrates a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and small balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave. The home features one double bedroom with a queen size bed and one single bedroom, as well as a nicely designed bathroom with rainfall shower. The unit also counts with a washer-dryer machine amongst other amenities.

IMPORTANT: FAÇADE WORKS - Please note that maintenance works will take place on the building’s façade starting in October and expected to last during November 2025. Special price applied for this reason.
