It was very modern, only issue was refrigerator didn’t seem to be cool and there was no top sheet on the bed; however we didn’t let them know either as we were only there for a night to fly out the next day.

The service was the best part of our stay at this place. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The female associate who checked us in on Wednesday, July 23 in the evening was very polite, and helpful. The place was clean. The rooms were clean and stocked well with the amenities. The bed was clean and Comfortabke. On Friday, July 25 at around 9:30 am all the elevators were down. We had to climbed down from the 25 th floor. Saw some elderly guests climbing up the stairs.

I have only great things to say about this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The roof top pool was amazing, it had spectacular views of the city. I enjoyed that it was not right downtown where all the action was, it just meant transportation was required to get to all the tourist locations. However, there are good restaurants in and the area and local shops including a grocery store. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Originally booked this property because of the great reviews but I wished I stayed closer to the city center. Although there’s a bus stop and train near by, it can still take 20-30 minutes to get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and cab fares can get expensive. There’s not much immediately around the hotel to do, and the gym/spa area is not large enough to enjoy a long getaway vacation if you plan on spending majority of your time in the hotel. Rooms are small if you’re staying with another person. I did enjoy their breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would only recommend for a quick stay since it’s not far from the airport.

The management is horrible. The service is bad. So unorganized. Zero communication. Lack of accountability or responsibility. I would never go back because it’s full of incompetent workers under the most incompetent manager lady who’s just rude. We ruined our trip and missed paid tours because of them. Thanks

Loved the newness and glass structure of the building internally as well as exterior. So much so being high rise the cut out cloud on the window pane was a different way to view the sunrise. Pool was a nice way of relaxing after a day’s touring around the city albeit did get noisy as people filled up the spaces. Rooftop views were magnificent. The lounges look great around the pool and were reasonably comfortable. The negative being low to the ground and now that I’m more mature in years than the general that stayed there, it was a mission to get up from the chair. I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. Travelling to the centre was very easy as was going to and from the airport. First time ever I didn’t have to rely on taxis due to the Metro Station was less than a five minute walk. Rooms were bright, clean and definitely airy due to a much needed air conditioning system during July. Overall this hotel I would highly recommend for a brief trip.
