Easy to walk everywhere!

Ive stayed here couple of times already and always loved it. Great location, lots of good restaurants around and lots of attractions. I will definitely stay there on my next visit

Our stay at Room Mate Carlo was great. Quiet, clean, excellent service at the front. The room was nice and warm. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was great too.

Had terrible experience, especially the customer service at the hotel. We booked the free cancelable room with terrace. However, we had an emergency before we flew and had to travel to Barcelona one day later. The hotel refused to refund us one night even though it was before the free cancellation date. We ended up paying for the extra night we didn't stay. We also messaged the hotel multiple times on Expedia platform and no one responded. Horrific customer service. The customer service doesn't exist in this hotel.

The hotel was stylish, the staff were extremely helpful and the location was great! The room was clean and so was the bathroom, the shower was also good! I was unhappy with the bed situation I was sharing with a friend and requested two single beds, I got that but with one mattress and because we were basically in the same bed I didn’t sleep during my 3 night stay as I wanted my own single bed and mattress! The bathroom door was awful there were gaps and everything could be heard, the gaps were that big that you could see through the door.

This property is amazing. Our room was dealt with everyday for the 7 nights that we stayed. So clean and so spot on with the cleanliness. Fresh towels all the time. Loved it!! Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo are walkable distances. Supermarkets and pharmacies on every corner.

Amazing stay at Hotel Carla. It's impressive how they really take care of you. The staff is super gentle and friendly, keen to help if needed. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the transports, but also to the main attractions, so if you feel like it, you can easily walk around. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The room was really clean, and the daily service was great. Honestly, such a great hotel!

From the moment we checked in the experience was great. The staff were very friendly. they checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were meeting expectations of their hotel and also of Barcelona. The breakfast buffet was really good. Their options were tasty. Would recommend them if you visit Barcelona and would definitely return here again!

It was an average hotel. While location is ok it is not an inviting place. A lot of noise from outside in my room, some staff were friendly but not all, dark hallways, phone in my room did not work and fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night due to maintenance at night. So I don’t think I will stay there again.

Excellent team at Room Mate Carla. My wife and I had a lovely stay in their room and they gifted us with champagne as well! Very clean and excellent spot in the city. Highly recommend!
