OK but not great.

The Location was excellent. The staff were nice. The breakfast was plentiful. Did not care for coffee. The room size was good. The bed was comfortable. Funny/musty smell from bathroom, having AC on helped dissipate odor. A.C/ Heat was not user friendly, perhaps written instructions would help; was either too cold or too warm. Hotel doing some interior upgrades so a bit dusty/messy in halls. Only one elevator was working, causing delays. Some hotel computer and wifi issues.

The Royal Ramblas was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The area was bustling and we felt we always needed to be on our guard.
