SLS Barcelona is visually stunning and modern, but the experience is far from what you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. The service is shockingly poor—we had to unload and load our own bags while staff stood by watching. The oceanfront room we paid extra for didn’t match the photos at all, while they say there’s multiple version of the room type , it felt like a downgrade from the pictures. The worst part? The TV turned on by itself multiple times in the middle of the night, which is just absolutely ridiculous. All in all, it’s pretty disappointing for a such new hotel, not worth the 5-star label.

At check out it was noticed it was my birthday was and was told they would make out stay speacail and asked if we would like to dine in. Left interagued, we changed plans and dinner to be left empty and nothing happened. Both left felling disappointed. Staff other wise are great all very welcoming. Also being told at check out pools aren't in use. So we couldn't use the whole facility. Overall we were disappointed and it changed the whole ethos of the trip.

Fablous stay at SLS Barcelona

My stay at the SLS Barcelona was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious (make sure you try the churros) and in the late morning, they put out candy and juice in the lobby until the evening. It was such a fun treat! I am looking forward to booking with them again in the future.
