Worked well The roof top view was great Had a small issue with the thermostat in the room and it wouldn’t get cooler last night worked fine this morning They said they scheduled a cab this morning and apparently it wasn’t done but had no problems finding a cab

I loved how close the property was to the main attraction of “La Sagrada Familia” and the rooftop view of it. The service was great from the hotel staff and were every helpful in guiding our first trip to Spain with information into what to look forward to.

The hotel gave us a room that had mold in the shower and a severe water leak and damage to the room. To the point where the ceiling was dripping water and the floor was warped from previous water damage. There was also hair on our bathroom countertop..

Check-in was at 3pm but the staff made me wait till 3.40pm and I was already exhausted travelling and roaming around. I know it was Easter week and it would be busy but still I was not really happy with check-in but the other services were really good and the room was really clean and well maintained. I liked the area and the roof top restaurant was food with the Sagrada Familia view and my room had view of Sagrada Familia, all in all I would give 4.5 rating

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, walkable to many places, such as metro Cathedral and restaurants. Rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. They do need to improve the internet connection as it is extremely poor and the channels on the tv are very limited and nothing to see!
