Our beautiful Ses Voltes duplex, which bears its name as a tribute to the arched forms typical of its architecture, invites you to a unique experience in an environment that combines views of the sea and the mountains, just 30 minutes from the center of Barcelona. Located in a 17th century estate, meticulously restored in 2023 with great attention to detail, this property will leave you captivated by the careful preservation of the original elements, which blend harmoniously with a fresh and sophisticated design.

The accommodation is built on two floors and stands out for its great luminosity and natural light that floods all the rooms. All accommodation has air conditioning / heating and is designed to offer maximum comfort and equipped with all the comforts and quality details.

Going up a staircase we find a spacious living room that connects with an open kitchen and consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal to accommodate two additional guests and a round dining table. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and high-quality kitchen utensils and invites you to enjoy an exceptional culinary experience.

On the same floor we find a large double bedroom with mountain views and a complete bathroom.

Going up to the second floor is the second double bedroom and another full bathroom. The bedroom connects directly with the large private terrace, equipped with a dining table, chairs and sun loungers, designed to relax and enjoy impressive views, from where you can contemplate the majesty of the sea and the beauty of the mountains.

For those who combine teleworking with vacations, they will find on the same second floor a work corner with a desk with views.

Located in the heart of the charming town of Vilassar de Dalt you will have access to all the services and amenities you need. You will be able to explore the picturesque streets, taste the delicious local cuisine and immerse yourself in the culture of the area. The beach is a few minutes away by car or local bus and the forest just a few steps away.
