For this reason, blue is our color and the essence of our name. Swing in a hammock with views of nothing but deep blue sky and the Mediterranean. Take a dip in a glassy pool, exercise in an outdoor gym, and refresh under twin showers. Relax in a living room with double-height windows where moonlight comes in. The house is in a famous suburb with private security guards, 10min away from Barcelona, known for being the residence of famous FC Barcelona players. The house itself is 400sq m, and 1,200 garden. It is all made of glass, with stunning and relaxing views to the Mediterranean, as well as the city of Barcelona. Plus, it is just a few metres away from the natural forest of La Marina. The house has two floors and a mezzanine. The groundfloor has a huge projection and party room, with a bar and couches. There is also a 25sqm bath room carved in natural stone and a gym and parking place for 3-4 cars. The upper floor has four rooms, including a 45sqm suite with complete bathroom integrated to the room, with shower and a dresser, with direct views from the bed to the sea. The other bedroom is a quiet one, with views to the rear garden. It has a separate bathroom with natural daylight ceiling for own use. The other rooms are a dresser and on office. The living room is 60sqm and has a double-height space and is all made of glass. The kitchen is massive, with central isle and access to the rear garden. The mezzanine has a couch and a table, the perfect place for a "siesta" or just relax a bit. It gains access to a private roof terrace, with views to the front and rear gardens. The house has two gardens. The front one is a "tropical" one (palm trees, deck chairs and grass). It also has a wide porch, next to the windows, in case took enough sun! The rear garden, with a BBQ, is a "Mediterranean" one, with trees and bushes from the region. There is also a lake-decorated side garden, with a fountain and stones. We offer accommodation and use of all facilities: house, parking, gym, pool and garden. We provide service during the stay, pool cleaning and share the fruits collected from fruit trees and farm eggs. We maintain a cordial relationship with guests while respecting, above all, privacy. We totally left the house for total guest comfort. We maintain a contact phone 24 hours to unforeseen circumstances. The house is in an upscale neighborhood in Badalona, an area northeast of Central Barcelona. The house is near a protected park, so there is close and respectful contact with nature. The residential complex has easy commuting links to Barcelona. There are bus connection to the center of the urbanization (about 500 meters from the house). However we Sn recommend using vehicle since there is steeply sloping terrain. Vehicle communication is quick and easy. Guests staying emphasize comfort garden, house design, tranquility and sea views. Miguel was a fantastic host, extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He arranged our transportation requests daily, had the fridge fully stocked with food and drinks upon our arrival, and even surprised us with a thoughtful birthday gesture. The villa itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The only downside was the distance from central Barcelona, during traffic it took around 30 minutes to get there. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we booked, Miguel was very informative and responsive. He helped with the itinerary including recommending local restaurants and spots to visit, and chef to cook at the house. They were all amazing. The house pictures were accurate. The place is gorgeous and the amenities as described. One thing we would have liked was another bathroom on the main floor. If you are traveling with family it’s probably not an issue. If 3 or 4 couples, you will be sharing and might even walk down the stairs for the triple shower bathroom. Miguel was there when we arrived and much to our surprise, he had provided us with a fully stocked refrigerator and treats on the counter. Pantry included key oils, vinegar, spices and other cooking essentials. We highly recommend the Blue Villa and its host, Miguel.

Beautiful environment with an incredibly passionate owner. Large space with a beautiful pool and jaccuzi. The environment was very well taken care of, and they even left us with food to consume in refridgerator. Very kind hosts, 10/10!

Husband's 40th Birthday

The Blue villa was amazing. The pictures do not even show how beautiful it was. Miguel was the perfect host. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. He was responsive. He treated us like family. I would recommend this property to anyone! The taxi ride to Barcelona was short. Miguel got us a taxi whenever we needed it. He coordinated our transport to and from the airport. Also, we got great recommendations for chefs to come and prepare my husbands birthday dinner. I would give our experience 1000% I hope to stay there again in the future.

Fabulous Fun

We are a family of 8 ranging in age from 25 to 80. There was something to do for all of us. Miguel was a fabulous host going above and beyond in many cases. The property can certainly be a stand alone w fabulous hiking out the door or an easy trip to Barcelona. We throughly enjoyed our time. Thanks to the team on the ground who made it happen.

A wonderful break!

Our family stayed at The Blue Villa for a week and we couldn't have asked for more. The villa is even more beautiful than the beautiful photos. Amazing Villa

We have rented villas before but this one was so special. Modern with every amenity. Also a stocked fridge and booze to use. We picked so we could avoid the crowds and noise of Barcelona. But easy taxi ride to the side. We got private tours that picked us up at the villa. The house was amazing, the pictures on VRBO website underestimate the amazing property. Amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea from every room Most of all, the host, Miguel was incredible, best we ever had. Very helpful in helping us get around and tended to our every needs. He also recommended a private chef who cooked us a wonderful meal in the villa This villa is highly recommended!!

The best host I've ever met

Miguel (the host), was an absolute gentleman, very professional, always ready to help no matter what the situation was, any recommendations of activities or even taxis, he had it all. I've never met a host as amazing as him, and I've been to a lot of villas and mansions, but the level of service that me and family received from him was just above and beyond. He takes care of you as his own family, he got us fresh groceries ready for us when we arrived, showed us all the features and gave us such a warm welcome personally himself. Amazing property, with stunning views and the sunsets and sunrises were just beautiful. Loads of room everywhere!!! I cannot think of any faults or flaws at all. If you're thinking of booking this place, don't think, just book it!!

Totally amazing house

Rented this amazing house we were ten people aged 23 to 56. Everyone loved it, the house was wonderful, the patio, the view everything was the best. Every evening ended in the party room where we danced, played pool and had the best life. The owner arranged for a chef to come one evening and serve us a wonderful dinner. So... everything was fantastic. From the first contact until we checked out! THANKS
