Hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent. Some disappointing areas. It was definitely not a 5 star facility. Lobby is very nice but not special. Bar was never manned. No turn down service. No housekeeping after noon unless you call the desk. Last day she only left one towel. Didn’t realize till morning when we had to share it. It is very convenient and was very nice, just not up to 5 stars.

My mother and I felt spoiled by the staff they were so attentive and helpful. We truly felt we got first class service. The rooms were gorgeous the amenities were exemplary. The beds were so comfy and who doesn't love a rain shower. We would definitely go back. Close to the shops and a direct line to other areas such as El Born and and the Gothic Quarter. Plus Casa Mila is right down the street.

The room, hotel and facilities were excellent. The staff couldnt have been more accommodating and helpful. The inky very slight issue was connectivity to the TV which was hit and kiss. However, this was a very small issue in comparison to the experience

Gorgeous, space-efficient rooms and super comfortable beds. Delicious room service! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you needed any assistance, they were on it. We had a family emergency at one point on our trip and the staff were so accommodating. The location was also phenomenal as you were two blocks away from the main shopping, several pharmacies on the same block, as well as mini marts/grocery stores. Will definitely be back.

This hotel was worth every dollar spent because it was very clean and close to many sites easy to get to. Taxis stand directly across the street. Staff very helpful with all our questions. The restaurant on the roof was a highlight with great sangria and food. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.
