My apartment is located in the heart of the emblematic neighborhood of Gracia just a few steps from the Plaza de Gracia Square and its famous tower. 10 minutes walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and it's famous Pedrera and Casa Batllo from Gaudi.

Sit at one of the many terraces to enjoy a paella or a typical Catalan dish.

The apartment is located on the first floor in a listed building.

It consists of a living room with double sofa bed and a large screen Smart TV. The living room is open on the American kitchen with a bar table that can accommodate 6 guests.

You will notice the refined decoration and the cozy atmosphere.

The sleeping area is composed of two large bedrooms. The first includes a queen size bed, a TV and a large wardrobe. The second a double bed plus a single bed in bunk bed. To refresh you, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a Wifi connection, air conditioned, washing machine and dryer.



To get around Barcelona, ​​the Diagonal Metro is 200m away.

The area is popular with artists and a generally bohemian crowd, it also has a high ethnic population and the highest concentration of foreign restaurants in Barcelona. Plaça de Sol is the most renowned area of the neighbourhood, it's lined with terrace cafes and at night this is where the people convene to drink and be merry.

Garcia Apartment

We loved this place. It's in a perfect location, just up the street from Placa de la Vila de la Garcia, which makes for an easy base from which to explore Barcelona. There's a metro stop within a 5-10 walk and it's about 10-minute walk down to the Diagonal, where you can catch a cab anytime. We spent so much time a la placa. We loved the apartment's little balcony out into the street. In keeping with the neighborhood, the apartment is a little older, but that is part of the experience. We found the check-in and communication with Dino to be very easy through WhatsApp. We would highly recommend this apartment.
