Le logement est trÚs bien situé, à 5 min en voiture des pistes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes d'équipement. Le grand espace (hippodrome) juste devant la maison est un vrai plus quand on a des enfants. Pour 1 semaine, c'est parfait.

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cette appartement oĂč nous nous sommes sentis comme Ă  la maison. Il est vraiment trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et les Ă©quipements sont de qualitĂ©. Il fait. Imen chaud et le poĂȘle Ă  bois est vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able. La situation est parfaite : tous les commerces sont proches et la station de Pra loup Ă  12mn. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli Ă©galement. C’est une trĂšs bonne adresse.

We hebben héél erg genoten van het huis . Inderdaad volledig ingericht "als thuis". Alles is er aanwezig ( en ruim voldoende ! ) en alles van goede kwaliteit. De rust - de ideale ligging voor wandelingen - motor-en of fietstochten , prachtig uitzicht op de bergen...leuke "activiteiten" op de grote weide voor het huis...Een échte aanrader ! Goede service van de vriendelijke congiërge. Wij komen héél graag terug !

Superbe appartement Ă  10 minutes des pistes

L’appartement est conforme Ă  la description. Il est spacieux. Il a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec goĂ»t. Il est fonctionnel et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Les matelas sont neufs et de bonne qualitĂ©. Il est prĂšs de Barcelonnette et Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la navette pour le Sauze ce qui est trĂšs pratique. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©active et rĂ©pond Ă  toutes nos questions ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Le seul bĂ©mol serait au niveau de la procĂ©dure d’entrĂ©e avec la conciergerie de l’ubaye oĂč la prestation n’a pas Ă©tĂ© professionnelle et mon interlocuteur a Ă©tĂ© Ă  la limite de la courtoisie. Mais cela n’est pas du fait du propriĂ©taire et ne m’empĂȘchera pas de relouer ce logement qui est vraiment super en tous points.

Sehr nette freundliche und spontane Vermieterin und Verwalter. Von innen ist das Haus grandios, von außen etwas individuell. WĂŒrde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen. Alleine der morgendliche Ausblick beim Aufstehen. Vielen Dank Sophie und Stephane

Excellent séjour à Barcelonnette

L'appartement est trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©, agencĂ©, meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ© : du 5 Ă©toiles. Parmi les bonnes surprises, une guitare folk, une enceinte haut de gamme et l'accĂšs Ă  prime vidĂ©o l'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, au calme, avec une jolie vue sur le Sauze, prĂšs du centre ville de Barcelonnette (on y allait Ă  pied) et avec accĂšs trĂšs facile aux stations de ski : la navette gratuite pour le Sauze s'arrĂȘte juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du portail. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour, reposant mais aussi sportif !

Séjour trÚs agréable

Location trÚs bien équipée, proche commodités, vue trÚs agréable. Seul point à améliorer : espace extérieur à aménager. Seule une petite terrasse devant le gßte et à proximité du parking.
