Hillside home with views of Lake Garda

A nicely equipped 3 BR/3BA apartment located above Bardolino overlooking Lake Garda. The location is a bit remote, requiring a car to get anywhere, but the views are very nice and the accommodations are quite good. It served our group of 6 quite well.

Amazing!

A multi-dimensional vacation!

We were two families with kids sharing the large apartment in the villa and we consider that we had a wonderful stay full of nice trips around - towns and mountains as well, good food and wines but also cultural experiences. The location favours the reach of the towns around, the Dolomites mountains and other attractions. The apartment worked very well for seven persons and we missed nothing inside. The hosts were so polite and open to provide us any kind of elements we needed that we can hardly find the right appreciation words to express our gratitude and we strongly consider to have a stay there again! Ideal place for a perfect holiday

The villa is ideally located on the hillside far enogh from the road and town to provide a quiet place for relaxing and close enough to easily access everything. The apartment is actually the ground floor of the villa with 3 bedrooms, all with private baths and a spacious living room with kitchen. Ideal for a big family or even for 3 couples. In front of the living room there is an outside veranda with comfortable coaches and a jacuzzi, a place for the perfect closing of the day. The garden is well maintained, full of olive and fig trees with a beautiful view of the surrounduing hills and the lake. The apartment is well furnished and equipped (ledTV, internet - although limited, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker etc - a microwave oven would be nice to have). The owner, Fabrizia is very kind, she was waiting for us with a home made cake, fresh fruits and 2 bottles of local wine - a nice surprise at the arrival! We would certainly choose the same apartment if we ever came back to the Garda lake!

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee , das Appartement war ein Traum. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen,3 Teenies und einem Hund dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder hatten mehr als genug Platz um zu spielen und sich zu beschäftigen, wo auch der Whirlpool seinen Teil dazu beigetragen hat.Unser Hund konnte sich frei austoben und selbst an einem regnerischen Tag war die Aussicht und allgemein der Urlaub dort ein tolles Erlebniss für uns alle. Sowohl der Check-In als auch der Check-Out haben reibungslos geklappt. Francesco war super freundlich und hat uns gut empfangen und wäre auch bei evtl. Problemen jederzeit erreichbar gewesen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einen sehr schönen Appartement. Danke

Tolle Lage - Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und einen eigenen Ausgang zum Garten. Der Garten ist sehr schön, von der großen Terrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Weinfelder bis runter zum See. Insgesamt ist das Haus jedoch renovierungsbedürftig (veraltete Ausstattung, Schimmel, abfallender Deckenputz). Da aber der Garten und die Umgebung so großartig sind, hält man sich ohnehin nicht viel drinnen auf. Größtes Manko war jedoch für uns, dass aus der Anzeige nicht hervorgeht, dass das Objekt getrennt vermietet wird. In unserem Fall hieß dass, dass in den Zimmern des Obergeschosses mindestens 8 weitere Personen während unseres Aufenthaltes eingezogen sind (Laut Anzeige war das Objekt aber auf maximal 10 Personen begrenzt und wir allein waren schon 5 Personen). Da man sich den Garten teilt und auch die Einheiten nicht lärmgedämmt voneinander getrennt sind, muss man sich bei der Buchung drauf einstellen, dass man unter Umständen nicht ungestört ist.

Gut, mit ein paar Mankos

Die Unterkunft ist gut, wenn man nicht zu sehr auf Details achtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, dennoch müssen wir 2 Sterne abziehen. Der Sohn der Vermieterin kümmert sich um die Organisation und ist stets bemüht. Dem Versprechen, uns einen Kontakt zu einem Fahrradverleiher herzustellen, blieb er allerdings schuldig. Der Whirlpool, der ein Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war, war leider von unserer Ankunft bis Abfahrt defekt. Erst war kein Wasser drin weil die Pumpe kaputt war, dann ging auch die Heizung nicht. Das fanden wir sehr schade. In der letzten Nacht hat es stark geregnet mit der Folge, dass nachts auf einmal in einem Bad Wasser aus einem Schacht tropfte und frühs das ganze Bad ca. 1cm hoch unter Wasser stand. Abgesehen von dem permanenten plätschern und tropfen ein sehr störender Augenblick. Insgesamt ist das Haus schon schön, aber auch sehr hellhörig. Wenn in der Ferienwohnung im OG jemand duscht oder auf Toilette geht, führt das ablaufende Wasser dazu, dass in der Ferienwohnung im EG vor Krach niemand schlafen kann. Unsere Kinder lieben Toast, leider war der Toaster in der FeWo defekt. Insgesamt, auch aufgrund des Gartens und des Ausblicks ein schöner Urlaub, aber aufgrund obiger Ausführungen können wir maximal 3 Sterne vergeben. Ich denke es gibt in dieser Preisklasse sicher bessere Unterkünfte. Dennoch Danke an Francesco für den netten Kontakt.

Super schöner Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub wieder sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist für unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) sehr gut geschnitten. Ein großer Garten mit traumhaften Blick zum See. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Het huis was goed te vinden op internet. De informatie over de lokatie kwam zoals beschreven 1 week van tevoren. Wel hadden wij wel wat zeep in de badkamers verwacht. Het contact met de verhuurder was vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader, deze villa.

Super-Feriendomizil in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist toll und mit allem notwendigen Zubehör ausgestattet und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über den Gardasee. Perfekt ist es, den Urlaubstag im Jaccuzzi ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub.

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung mit Kindern + Traumlage

Wir waren 7 Leute, (Oma+Opa, Mama + Papa + 3 Kleinkinder) und haben hier einen wirklich super schönen Urlaub verlebt. Einen super Blick auf den See konnten wir täglich genießen. Der Wirlpool hat allen viel Spass gemacht. Vielen Dank Fabrizia+Francesco, sehr gerne wieder!

Vakantiewoning met prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer

Ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers en badkamers, grote woonkamer en overdekt terras waar je heerlijk buiten kunt zitten, grote tafel met stoelen en 2 loungebanken. Voor de ene slaapkamer is ook nog een overdekt terras, ook met tafel en stoelen. Whirlpool en ruim terras om te zitten met lig-en strandstoelen. Een heerlijk rustige plek om samen met familie te verblijven. Als je naar centrum Bardolino wilt heb je wel echt je auto nodig, ook om "s ochtends broodjes te kunnen halen.

Super schön

Es war alles wie beschrieben, es handelt sich um das gesamte Untergeschoß, oben drüber ist nochmal ein anderes Apartment, die Beide sehr großzügig geschnitten sind. Das Objekt von innen und außen ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Lage ist ideal über Bardolino, in einem riesigen Garten in dem die Kinder spielen und die Eltern entspannen konnten. Seniora Fabrizia und Ihr Mann waren zu der Zeit auch da und sehr lieb und hilfreich. Wie dürften auch die Kräuter aus dem Garten zum kochen und Holz aus dem Garten zum Grillen nehmen. Der Jacuzzi am Abend für die Eltern ist ideal. Kleiner Tipp für kleinere Kinder: Wir hatten noch ein kleines aufblasbares Bassin mit, damit die Kinder nicht in den Jacuzzi gehen - Absturz und Dreckgefahr! Es war rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt und die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen vielen Dank.

Deilig uke ved Gardasjøen

Vi var 3 par som hadde en fantastisk uke. Leiligheten var utmerket og hagen rundt flott. Vi synes også beliggenheten som var 2-3 kilometer fra Bardolino sentrum ga en deilig ro. Eiendommen er omgitt av olivenlund og vingårder. Reiser gjerne tilbake.

Schöner Urlaub in schönem Anwesen

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung mit großem Garten voller Oliven- und Feigenbäume. Tolle Aussicht bei Tag und bei Nacht! Diese aus dem Whirlpool zu genießen ist ein besonderes Highlight. Wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die uns mit Kuchen, Obst und Sekt begrüßt haben. zum See sind es mit dem Auto 6 Minuten, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbare große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf den Gardasee

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt ebenfalls nichts zu wünschen übrig. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen weiten Blick auf den See und das gegenüberliegende Ufer.

Sehr angenehmes ruhiges und großzügiges Domizil

Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Sees zwischen Olivenbäumen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, mit dem Auto ist es nicht weit nach Bardolino oder Garda. Sehr gute Ausstattung und freundliche Vermieter. Toll wenn man Entspannung und Ruhe sucht.
