Holiday development "Les Marmottes", built in 1981. Above Barèges, outside the resort, in a quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 500 m. Ski lift 3 km, ski school 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Access to the residence by steps.
2-room apartment 38 m2 on 1st floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room, with sloping ceilings with TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette in the entrance (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: smoke alarm. Smoke detectors. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
