Magnifico chalet pareado por garaje y en parcela independiente vallado situado en uno de los parajes más bonitos de Cantabria, frente al cabo Quintres con unas vistas maravillosas al mar, al cabo, y en plena naturaleza.
La casa dispone de hall de entrada en planta baja que distribuye la cocina,salón-comedor,aseo, un dormitorio con cama de 1,35 y un fantastico porche acristalado con vistas al mar cantábrico y al jardin de la casa .

Magnifico chalet pareado por garaje y en parcela independiente vallado situado en uno de los parajes más bonitos de Cantabria, frente al cabo Quintres con unas vistas maravillosas al mar, al cabo, y en plena naturaleza.
La casa dispone de hall de entrada en planta baja que distribuye la cocina,salón-comedor,aseo, un dormitorio con cama de 1,35 y un fantastico porche acristalado con vistas al mar cantábrico y al jardin de la casa . En la planta primera, un dormitorio en suite (cama 1,50) con terraza (vistas al mar) y baño privado, otro dormitorio con cama de 1,50 y un tercero con cama nido (1,05 mas 90 ) : además un baño completo con ducha general.
La casa es de reciente construcción y dispone de calefacción, ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla, menaje, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera, batidora, etc.... todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones inolvidables.
Además dispone de todos los electrodomésticos : combi, lavavajillas, lavadora, vitroceramica, horno, microondas, etc. La lavadora se encuentra en un cuarto lavadero/almacen.

Su capacidad total es de 8 personas. Dispone de barbacoa portatil, televisión en salón y habitacion principal.
La casa dispone de una plaza de parking y fuera espacio comun para aparcar (normalmente nunca hay problemas.
Las playas de Ajo se encuentran a 1 km. y el centro del pueblo 2 km. Ajo está muy `próximo a las turisticas localidades de Somo, Loredo, Galizano, Noja e Isla y Santander se encuentra a 30 minutos en coche .
