Staff were friendly and helpful and offered suggestions about moving our luggage and bikes into a safe place for the night. Breakfast had a reasonable amount of choices and the café area was clean and the staff were friendly.

Prestige has taken over from Quality Inn and is doing its very best to improve the property! The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Alycia, especially so, 100%! I would stay here again

They advertised a pool and hot tub but they were not there. Didn't look like there was ever one there! Was told they were renovating and going to build one but there was no sign of it being started. Had trouble opening the door every time to the room. But handyman doesn't work on weekends

The property was fine for our overnight stay with a pet. The room was adequate and clean with wonderful staff and breakfast was very good. Parking was convenient and plentiful. The adjacent park was nice for our dog. We did not feel safe walking around the riverfront path, especially across the walking bridge due to a large presence of homeless people who were strung out on drugs.

Renovated property looks great. Convenient location close to riverside walking trail, a city park, and the hospital. Unfortunately the bath tub drained slowly when showering, allowing the water to accumulate for several minutes. Also, the air conditioner was fairly noisy. Overall, a nice hotel.
