This is not a complaint only things we found wrong was the wardrobe was covering the bathroom light switch, the kettle was to big to fit in the sink to fill up and the mirror was to high up on the wall we stayed in room 6

Our room was very comfortable and spacious loved the fact we had patio doors straight outside was very good. The evening meals were ok, not as good as we have had previous visits. The breakfast has improved with an allocated slot, all breakfast food was hot and nice tasted. Good visit again.

Second time staying here and we cant fault it. Staff are warm and friendly. Rooms are lovely and clean, spacious bed is so comfortable. Would recommend it here

They advertised the rooms as deluxe this was not the case you could not get a shower the shower head would not stay up to get under the shower no bars on bath so you couldn't get out of the bath the wallpaper had gaps in the wallpaper when it was hung it was coming off in places some of the staff did not know what they were doing the bar staff didn't know the price of a bottle of wine you ask for the price they just say look on the menu because I don't know you would think they would have a list of the prices the second night I was stood at the side of a couple waiting at the bar to get served and got ignored even the couple at the side sat at the bar commented looks like you're not there I must be invisible so I just walked away got in the car and went down the road to an off-licence the first night there we ordered soup my soup came with skin on the top had to wait and ask for the bread the bread came no butter had to ask for butter but everything else was nice the breakfast the toaster wasn't set up correctly you put the bread in and it come out exactly same bread not toasted the sausages was undercooked all of them that was the first morning and the second morning not a good choice no black pudding no Ash Browns Muesli and cornflakes no continental breakfast the person who welcome you to your table just asked if you wanted coffee or tea but never said anything else two more couples was complaining about the rooms all in all very poor
