As soon as we walked in, Karol, the front desk counterperson received us with a big smile and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was accommodating to our needs and you could tell that she actually likes to make people feel welcome!!! Karol is the best!

Location and quality of the hotel are great, sadly the check-in process was troublesome to say the least, Zharick on the front desk did not try to cooperate while checking in, we were a group of 10 people and I do understand is a big group, but we were trying to get accomodate according to the requests on the reservation and she had an issue every time we were trying to explain something, it took way longer than it should and we were not asking anything out of the ordinary, when we asked if there was a manager on the property (to assist her) she ignored the request and kept typing on the computer, that was not pleasing at all.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. There was a technical issue with the electronic door lock but the front desk staff was so accommodating accompanying me to use their master key until maintenance could change it out.

Second spot

Switched hotels mid stay in Barranquilla . Had stayed at this hotel in Medellin before and it was comfortable . Arrived early at this location and staff was very friendly and accomodating . Room was much larger than the other hotel , and had a rooftop pool which was nice . Unfortunately it rained . Restaurant was okay but the hotel was situated next to amazing restaurants . Literally walking distance . Overall I was extremely happy
