Nestled on 5 acres of grass and garden with Macadamia Trees, Paddington feels like the house has been carved into the hills! The highlight of this house is the pool with the magnificent backdrop of the Kangaroo Valley escarpment! Relax on the outside entertaining deck area with seating overlooking the pool or relax by the cosy fire as you look out through the oversized picture window - a magical stay awaits you!

Where will I be?

Paddington is located in a private, yet elevated position on Paddington Lane. It is an easy 5 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, or 25 minutes to the Southern Highlands, yet the fantastic view will make you feel a world away from everything!

The impressive pool with spectacular views make Paddington a great getaway in the summer, while the cosy fireplace is perfect for winter escapes. With so many spots to relax and admire your surrounds, you will have no trouble feeling a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

How is the property laid out?

When you enter Paddington you walk down the hall to the light and bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a Smeg oven, microwave, and coffee machine that is compatible with L’Or pods. The lounge and dining area take in the wonderful escarpment views.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a queen size bed and an ensuite with a shower and a toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The shared bathroom has a shower, free standing bath and a toilet. The 2 queen bedrooms take in the stunning views towards the escarpment and over the swimming pool.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?

Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.

Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Outside is a decked entertaining area with comfortable seating overlooking the pool and the 5 acres of grassed garden, which is planted with beautiful macadamia trees. Take in the escarpment views from the beautiful swimming pool and cook up a storm outdoors on the barbeque.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There is reverse cycle air conditioning at Paddington. The air conditioning unit is in the lounge, but is ducted to the bedrooms as well. There is a fireplace in the lounge for those crisp winter nights.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Paddington supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.

Parking for cars, etc?

Paddington has open air parking for 2 cars.
