The resort room is fine, but the room wasn’t too clean, quite a few buds can be found on the bathtub, and inside the sofa bed. It was not pleasant. The staff wasn’t too friendly either, I believe her name is Sarah, I trust that she is the management staff but she was blunt despite I understand there was certain policy for the hotel. I think she could have use a more friendly tone instead of creating not too positive impression for customer. Also, I was talking with the front desk agent, the agent did not even say a word and she stood at the back and throw all her words. I wasn’t too pleased with the attitude. I was in the field for many years and it could have done different or at least with some smile and talk politely. Also, my initial booking was with the direct phone agent, which they charge me in USD, but when I did the cancellation, my bank charge me extra service charge despite their refund the USD back to me, but I wasn’t been told while I made that reservation that I will be charged in USD. Anyhow, I wasn’t having a pleasant experience either.
I would reconsider if we would stay at this resort again.
