My husband and I booked here because our granddaughter and her sports team were staying here and we wanted to be close to our family. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy and the breakfast was ok. We did not see the pool so i cannot comment on that. We would stay again.

When we first arrived at the hotel we noticed that it was quite cold in the room. I adjusted the heat to find that it was not working. We followed up with the front desk and she went in to check while we went to the pool. When we returned she offered us a Space heater to warm up the room. This did not work. The Hallway of the hotel was warmer than the room. I followed up with the front desk after a couple hours and asked to be compensated or a NEW room. They had a King room available and we were happy to move into it. I will also note that when we arrived at the NEW room the Toilet was broken. I was able to easily fix the toilet with a paperclip. I will not be staying here again.

It's an older hotel. Beds were comfortable and all your typical hotel amenities. The microwave in the room didn't work but the staff was more then willing to help out. Breakfast was okay. It was a very small room that had the food. But had some variety of food.

Room 202 smelled like it was just partied in. Mold on the roof in the washroom. Marks and dents in the wall. Transferred to room 212. First hole in the wall. Toilet paper wrapped around the fire alarm. Stains on the sheets. We took pictures of everything. Got charged $200 for damages of the room and haven’t received it back yet, but they weren’t afraid to take it off my credit card right when I arrived!
