Barrington River Farm is a working farm, home to a rare herd of Red Devon cattle. The house reflects the property"s biodynamic principles, designed and built with sustainability as a priority. Completely off-grid, it features robust backup systems for reliability. Positioned at the property"s highest point and north-facing, the house is strategically designed for optimal solar efficiency, blending eco-conscious living with its natural surroundings.
The home features three bedrooms with ceiling fans throughout:
