We stayed here for a skiing weekend. The condo itself was well-kept up and comfortable. Fully stocked with kitchenware and bedding/linens. The owner, Paul, was extremely easy to contact - we had a problem connecting the the wi-fi, he called back immediately and we discovered that there was a typo in the check-in instructions. Problem solved. The amenities were great, small workout area, huge jacuzzi, nice steam room, lots of games (pool, pinball, arcade, etc.).
My only complaints (and that may be too strong a word) was that there is only one set of keys to get into the condo; since there were only four of us and we only had one car, we were always together. But if your group is larger, you could have troubles getting in.
Another thing was that the washer/dryer is in a closet off the bedrooms and living area and they are extremely loud. We had trouble just hearing each other talk at times.
Other than that, the condo was quiet, though there was only one other unit in the building occupied, so a full building may be different. And it is also close to Attitash and Bretton Woods, North Conway area. Loved it.
I would definitely come back.
