The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. Sebastian at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with a nonstop barking dog next door and he moved us to a new room away from any pets. Our sleep was very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. We had no issues with parking and the hotel is conveniently located just right off HWY 71 so it was very easy to get to. There are also 2 grocery stores located with in a mile or two incase you need food for your kitchen.

Great room!

The stay was great and the staff was very responsive. The only issue I had was the shower. While I can understand low flow shower heads for water conservation, a person actually ends up using more water just trying to get the soap of their skin and out of their hair.

The young man that checked us in was very kind. Over night, we turned the water on in the kitchenette sink and it drained right onto the floor. We tried to reach out to the front desk early in the morning to report this, but no one was there. We did not call the phone # listed but we rang the bell. The doors and locks are very loud, so when anyone shuts or locks their door, you can hear it all the way down the hall. I felt bad because we had to leave so early in the morning and I know every room heard our door close even though we try to close it gently.

The hotel is clean and new. The bed is comfortable. There’s a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove, which is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Nice Hotel if you don't need to shower.

Everhome suite has comfortable rooms and located in a convenient area, however we had constant problems with our key cards not working and had to have them reprogrammed several times. The water pressure or flow restriction in the shower (4th floor) was unacceptably low. My wife could not shampoo her hair for 3 days. We will stay somewhere else next time where can take a normal shower.

I arrived after a 7 hour drive and wanted some ice water. No ice machines on the property. Had to wait several hours for the icemaker in the fridge to make ice. No housekeeping service, I travel quite a bit and I stayed there 4 nights and never saw a housekeeper. No towels replaced, bed not touched in 4 nights. $478.00 for 4 nights of just a place to sleep. N0 breakfast options of any type. No coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the room offered no sugar or creamer. Coffee in the room not replenished after being used. Employees were uncaring. I walked by the front desk countless times in 4 days and maybe twice I was acknowledged as I walked by. At best this is a $69.00 per night motel. I won't stay here again.

Newly opened and not ready for customers. Didn’t have essentials like lotion, shower caps etc. For a new hotel the Sumatra looked damaged and unclean (see picture) Also the main road isn’t opened yet so directions where wrong and you could only get their via a neighborhood. Also not sure if it is new glue or something but the room had a funny smell. Not horrible but not great. Lastly I wanted some water and you could t pay at the desk. You had to go to a separate kiosk after checking in Give it a few more months and maybe they will be ready
