The staff were friendly and informative. The building, although updated, seemed to have issues. Toilet was rocking and unsteady, microwave had locking door and hard to open, refrigerator made noise, walls very thin, and everything smelled like deodorizing fragrance. Kind of gross. The vacant hotel right behind this one was kind of creepy.

Was at Darien Lake all day with my phone in my car. When i reserved, i chose the Pay at the Hotel option. When i went to check in with my w kids at 10pm i was told she canceled my reservation because she could not charge my card. Why would she be trying to charge my card when i hadnt checked in yet? I lock my card when im not physically using it. So i got to look for a new hotel at 10pm, with 2 kids, after a 3 hour drive and q0 hours at Darien Lake.

We went to Darien Lake for a Concert so this Hotel was perfect, as it was 18 min from the Theme Park and a walk or drive across the parking lot to a convenience store for gas/snacks and drive through Tim Hortons. The Hotel is clean, being newly renovated and opened back up 4 mo. ago. The desk clerks and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

Clean, comfortable motel

It was a perfectly fine place to stay if you’re driving through. Clean, comfortable beds, good shower, close to highway. Even had a good number of choices for TV viewing. Not a lot of amenities. Had a few venting machines. Nicest thing I can say about breakfast is that there’s a Tim Hortons next door. If you’re looking for a nice clean place at a reasonable rate, I would definitely recommend.

We had a first floor room there was so much light coming in u see the door and windows it was hard to relax and sleep
