Room was adequate for a one night stay. Safety was a push button lock on the door which you would find on a bathroom door. The room itself was clean but the floor flexed when you walked which was concerning and bathroom window had a crack. Restaurant advertised was not open and when asked was told had been closed since Covid and would be open as a pick up and go deli open in a week

The view from the lodge is beautiful but the room needs to be updated. Everything is outdated and also it’s overpriced. The only good thing is because of the view from your room. Foods here are expensive too.

Frank, Gail and their staff make staying at the Voyageur Lodge feel like home. Combined with the spectacular beach on Batchewana Bay, it's the premier stop on Lake Superior.

Everyone was polite and accommodating. The only issue I had was no outdoor lighting. Going to the truck in the late evening and packing to leave early morning we had to turn our vehicle lights on to see, I felt uncomfortable doing this as I did not want to disturb others.

Graet place just needs a few updates

great location with nice beach across the highway, on arrival at about 5:45m found out store, restaurant and gas station all close at 7. worked out fine but glad we didn't arrive after 7 as nothing else nearby. screen door to our room was stuck and hard to open and close. Room was comfortable but had very small bathroom and tiny TV. Deck just big enough to sit on. Lots of spots to sit and eat on grounds. Staff was friendly but seemed to be quite a rush at time we arrived.

The owner Frankie is a real people person. He likes to talk to his guests and tell them about the area. Spectacular views of the Bay can be seen from the parking lot. Their famous Apple fritters are just that, famous and delicious. It’s really a one stop stay with everything you need from camping supplies to gas to deli food to alcohol to their 17 North hoodies and tshirts, fantastic place!
