Private country setting yet close to MSU. Sitting on 2 acres with Apple trees, a large back deck, and fire pit.
This home is extremely spacious with over 2600 sq ft available. Nice open floor plan.
5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 fireplaces, large deck, bar, family room and finished basement complete with walkout.
I specialize in hosting large groups and families. I have been blessed with a large home that can accommodate 19 guests. Sleeping options are listed in the pictures descriptions.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Nice country home

The home is lovely but had a few quirks/issues. Though clean, the lower level smelled dusty. Not all of the tv's were working, the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, the karaoke machine didn't work, and the back door/kitchen blinds only had 3 blinds on it. The home was well stocked and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. It worked well for our family holiday gathering..

MSU Graduation Weekend

We used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from MSU - we live about 8 hours away. This was was nothing short of magical!! The hosts were amazing. We created so many wonderful memories here - we cannot thank you enough!!!! Book this house if you need space - plus a huge backyard!!!!!! In the country -but 15 minutes from MSU! So wonderful!

I booked this place for me and my teammates from the IU Wakeboard team for a wakeboard competition this weekend with MSU! It fit my whole team perfectly and comfortably. We had a blast and will probably book again for next years competition!

It was an amazing stay. The host was easy to communicate with. The place had everything we need as a family to make it enjoyable, full of space where we weren't in each other's way. Four Generation gathering

The house and property were spacious. We spent most of Saturday outside on the deck furniture. Little kids loved the trampoline and swing and we played alot of outdoor games in the big backyard. Plenty of tables for everyone to eat at the same time.

Spacious Home in the Country

We enjoyed our stay at this clean spacious home in the country. Our teens enjoyed the games in the basement, and we all enjoyed having a choice of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would’ve enjoyed the beautiful backyard, but unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate. A couple of tips for others 1) be prepared to drive on a dirt road, and 2) be sure to test the beds before settling on a specific bedroom because the beds run the spectrum from rock hard to cloud soft. Overall this home served as a great base for our trip to visit family in the Lansing area.

Slumber party for all ages

Three families rented this house to have a weekend away from all activities and share time around the fire. This house accommodated all of us, leaving the teenagers to have some space, kids to run around and play, and adults to relax and catch up on all the stories we never have time to share. Our host was extremely thoughtful and made the check in and out pieces seamless. Lovely house overall.
