The whole atmosphere of this hotel was frantic. Busy staff, rushing around, too many guests for the size of breakfast room. It did the job, but wasn't a relaxing stay.

It was an okay room, poor in room tea and coffee facilities and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable but the pillows were good. The room was small but very clean and the air con was easily adjustable to get just the right temperature. Breakfast was ok but a bit chaotic, the food was ok and my daughter liked the waffles, the coffee was ok but the orange and apple juice was disgusting. The hotel could be very good but is let down by some easily fixable issues

Room wasnt cleaned properly there was wrappers and empty water bottle under the bed. Room was on the small side also. Location is very good and central. Breakfast was lovely but as the hotel was full it was chaotic trying to find a table, as they didnt open the other seating area which was available. I think that more staff is needed to be available during thid peak time too. I probably wouldnt stay here again as it was a bit pricey for the service and amenities you got.

Great stay. Comfy beds and not noisy, well located. Breakfast was lack lustre. Very limited choice of cereals. No choice of eggs. Juices watered down and the coffee was poor quality. Not easy to find table. Need more staff showing people to tables.
