Great location and hotel.

Everything about the stay was easy and comfortable. Location central, hotel updated and a full free breakfast included. Check in time seems to be later than standard but they managed to get us in early. We left bags in the meantime and asked they let us know when it would become available given we had overnight flights with no sleep. They failed to reach out when it became available but luckily we went back to check.

Excellent hotel but coach trips spoil breakfast!

Room very pleasant with large comfortable single beds Lovely shower room/shower. No space for a couple of hanging hooks but used the ones in the room Out of the 3 mornings 2 of the breakfasts were very busy which made it a bit of a battle to get a seat/table. We went later on the 2nd day and that was so much better and enjoyable. The 3rd morning we had to go earlier again as we were leaving and clashed with a big crowd again. We.realised that the hotel welcomes many coach tours which cause the over-busy breakfast times. In future we will check and find out whether we are planning to come during the coachtrip season and decide accordingly!

Good location, good cleaning, very bad room and dismissive, uncaring management. Booked a room for 3 adults. The room was unsuitable. It was so small it could not have easily accommodated 2 people vs 3. The extra bed did not have a mattress, rather was a sofa with a cushion on both sides and split in the middle. It was extremely uncomfortable to try & sleep. When I spoke with the front desk I was told there was not another option, they were full. There were no luggage racks in the room and when I inquired they indicated they never used them. Luggage needed to be on the floor which was unsanitary. The breakfast area was chaotic, hard to find a seat and an unbelievable number of people. After asking a server to refill the water container I observed the person carrying it with his hand inside the bottle. I called him on the unsanitary process, spoke with the front desk & saw it again. I have been a Hampton Hilton honors member for many years. I have never experienced this lack of customer service or poor behavior before but will not go back.
