Front desk clerk looked like he was being disturbed from his phone when checking in. Room wasn’t clean, hair in the bathroom, cigarette smell when walking in the hotel . Ice machine didn’t work on 3rd floor

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so kind and helpful. They checked in to make sure we didn't need anything every morning. We even DoorDashed dinner one night and they brought us paper plates and forks because they saw the food being delivered. If we go back we would definitely stay again!
