The room needs desperate maintenance, water pressure doesn’t exist, faucet to sink was not connected, toilet seat not attached to toilet. Half the outlets didn’t work and out at desk was not connected to the desk, hung out of wall. Water damage on ceiling was so bad the paint was flaking off.

The room was fine and the location was driving distance to a lot of restaurants and easy to get in and out of. The only con was there were several nights I was woken up by kids running through the halls after 1130pm. Amazing value

All the staff was super friendly. The room was quiet and clean and everything worked. The towels were fluffy, too! Breakfast was great and no Fox News blaring at me. Just a wonderful experience all around!

Comfortable Stay and Convenient Location

Anytime we are in Baton Rouge, which is usually 2-3 times a year, we stay at this property. It has a perfect location to Perkins Rowe, restaurants, Mall, and close the both interstates. The breakfast is always good, and it is a safe area.

We had a great experience. Brenda tye breafast lady was so personal and enjoyablento get to know each morning. She did an amazing job taking care of everyone each morning and the breakfast experience was top notch.

I like staying here; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and have good (not great) noise control, better than most similarly priced hotels. Weekday breakfast is better skipped, but the lobby coffee is decent. If you aren’t traveling in rush hour traffic, it’s not a bad location to get to and from.
