This quaint Cottage on Caney Creek offers a large deck under gorgeous oak trees and fishing pier!

Inside you will find plenty of space for the family with a large open living/dining area, free standing wood burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a loft area!

Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed, Loft area offers 2 twins and 1 queen.

Outside, you'll love the back deck, overlooking giant trees and Caney Creek. Enjoy fishing from the pier, or bring your boat! The boat lift is available by request.. Please give us advanced notice if you want to use the lift!

Window AC units were adequate. Property is not fence completely, so having dogs was not easy.

The property management team was awesome and super attentive to the minor issues we incurred during our stay. They he property was old and has seen better days for sure. It was not a “fresh” property. We would not rent this house again , but would definitely rent from this company.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME TRIP!!

THE PROPERTY WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING. THE PATIO WAS AMAZING AND WE SAT AROUND AND GRILLED THE FIRST EVENING WHILE LISTENING TO MUSIC. ITS SO PEACUL HERE NOT TO MENTION THE FISHING IS JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY. AND OUR BOYS ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT AND THEY CAUGHT PLENTY FISH!!
