Bay Shore Stay

This house was jot as advertised. It served the purpose of a place to stay but house was not cleaned well. It was 5 bedroom but only had 4, sleeps 12 but only had room for 10. 3 bathrooms but 1 did not have a sinknto wash in.

Horror show

House was dirty, unsafe, overall nasty. Could not stay. Called VRBO to get refund. They sent me an email to send pictures. Heard the agent saying ewww, gross, wow as she scrolled through the pictures & the video of how the lights flickered like a disco lamp. But she said I needed to go through the host to get a refund. The host asked for pictures but I could not send through the app so I asked for his email to send them but have not received a response. Very disappointed with the host and VRBO in their response to my situation.
