I want to start this review by saying, a few staff members 'got it' and responded when I said I was going to call Expedia to complain.
Issues:
1. We stayed three nights. Upon check in we looked over the room and immediately asked that someone clean up the black mold in the shower. I even shared my cleaning hacks to make it a quick job. Nothing was done.
2. Day 2: Beds were not made, towels were not replaced. I found the linen room to grab additional bath towels. Black mold remained.
3. Day 3: I lost it. Garbage was not removed, no coffee replaced to make coffee. Beds not made, towels not refreshed. No toiletries replaced.
Finally the new gal of three days (desk clerk) went to our room and did what she could. Black mold remained.
This was absolutely not a good travel experience. We left at 0800 Saturday to people apologizing, but it was all too late.
They need to staff up and do their jobs.

I have a long history of working through Expedia and this was the worst experience I ever had.
We left at 0800 on Saturday, and drove straight through to Milwaukee. We wanted to be home in our clean condo and surroundings.
Frustrated/Will never refer this hotel.
