The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downsides were the pillows were too squishy and the tv channels were limited. The shower was roomy with good water pressure but there was no place to put the soap or shampoo except on the counter outside the shower. This made for a wet slippery floor. There was also no bathmat towels so either a hand towel or bath towel needed to be used. The reason I picked the hotel was because it had an indoor pool so that I didn’t have to worry about my granddaughter getting sunburned. The first day we went in the pool it was freezing, dirty on the bottom and cloudy. I advised the front desk but it wasn’t much better the next day. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. There’s plenty of options for food and entertainment and it’s not far from the local beaches.

We have stayed here before and not many problems. This stayed involved my husband slipping and falling from a leaky air conditioning unit and my husband and daughter being harassed by a drunk person.

staff were really nice especiallly Laurie front desk. The bathroom needs attention and upgrading The shower head is leaking needs teflon tape. the sliding door is not secured( latch is broken.) cigarette buds on balcony floor. TV is too small.I loved the Pub and IHOP.

Pros: housekeeping kept fresh towels and sheets daily, plenty of parking, decent location Cons: outdated, needs a lot of TLC (doors, ceilings, flooring), pool smelled bad, hallways were dim, shady people basically living towards the back of the building, THE BED WAS THE WORST. I have never laid on a bad so hard in my life. I had to go to Target and buy a mattress topper to survive 7 nights on that bed. How a place has this horrible of a bed in a “suite” is beyond me. Read the reviews, they are pretty accurate. I thought for what I got the price for the week was expensive. I’d never stay there again.

Honestly for $370.00 this hotel is overcharging just because of the season. says no-smoking but the entire hotel is masked with febreeze. It is a bare minimum hotel room. Bathroom door did not close, the positioning of the air conditioner blows directly on the bed -horrible. No bathroom matte for the floor, etc. - no way worth $370 that paid.

Hotel was more like a motel. The rooms look NOTHING like the rooms in the photos. The rooms were horrible, the beds consist of a thin mattress and metal bed platform. The refrigerators either did not work well or were damaged to where you had to force the doors to close. Blood stains on the window curtains. Pool was DISGUSTING and unsanitary. Manager was RUDE and would not listen to anything you have to say. Shower curtain was not long enough for the stand up showers and caused water to get on the floor.

The property was perfect and in the perfect place. We loved the indoor pool used to go in it everyday after the beach. We had an accessible room so the bathroom was nice and big. Lots of stuff around from gas stations to a lot of food options, pharmacy, and a supermarket. There’s also a pub/bar inside which is called Christopher’s and the food was really good. The best thing is that this property is just 10-15mins to seaside heights beach depending on traffic. The only downfall of this place I would say is that there’s no continental breakfast and it’s advertised, the WiFi is no good and the beds are not quite comfortable, our bed had a metal clanking noise on every turn but the kids bed did not so maybe it was just ours that was faulty. But other than that everything else was great. Would definitely go back and do recommend.
