Breathtaking views with all the amenities

Breathtaking views will win you over, but the retro Polynesian decor will make you feel right at home. Walk to the Ocean Point golf course, grill or beach access. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the pool, start your morning with a cup of coffee and a fabulous Fripp sunrise. Four passenger golf cart is included.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season.

A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Perfect Getaway for Littles

Pam was a wonderful host, very responsive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location and amenities were perfect for my young family of 5. We spent a lot of time at the pool that is right off the back deck. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day Long Weekend

My husband, adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. It was the perfect size for us with beautiful views. I loved being able to see the ocean at all times. We enjoyed using the golf cart to go to dinner and see friends that were also on the island. The cottage is located on a beautiful and quiet part of the island which was just what we wanted. The host was wonderful with communication and making sure we were all set for a great weekend.

Weekend with the dolphins!

Although it was just two hours from Charleston, it was a great weekend getaway away that felt far further. The accommodations were awesome, the proximity to the water and being able to watch the Dolphins from the balcony was awesome. Definitely recommend!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

I honestly can't think of enough positive things to say about this place and our experience. I have found VRBO to be hit-or-miss, frankly, but this place hit it out of the park. The condo is Polynesian Disney themed, but it's very tasteful and the location is outstanding. Our hostess, Pam, ensured that we were well taken care of (amenity cards prompted provided) and cookies waiting for our arrival! The place was impeccably furnished with a well-stocked kitchen and beach items. The view from both porches was stunning and we loved watching the dolphins and brown pelicans entertain us every day we were there. Unlike some VRBO's we've rented in the past, it's clear that Pam is committed to making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they need. We had a wonderful experience all around, and we look forward to returning!

Amazing views & experience

We had a group of 4 two couples and our pups! We enjoyed our stay! This place is great for two couples with two bedrooms with their own bathroom! It was a great location and the host is the best! She made cookies for us and kept in touch the whole time! We couldn’t have had a better time!

Super clean. Well appointed. Oceanfront view from living room and bed. 5 min walk to stunning beach. Get groceries on the way in. Limited and low quality restaurant options, 30 minute drive from great dining in Beaufort.

Wonderful family beach house

Our stay at The Polynesian was heaven. From the view of the ocean, to watching the sunrises every morning, fresh cookies upon our arrival, a private pool....we loved every minute of it! Pam was the best hostess and so accommodating to our needs but she was never imposing. The decor was an added bonus....very tropical and beachy, lots of fun! We can't wait to return.

Lovely sunrise right by your porch

Watch the sun as it rises from the sea horizon right at the comforts of your beds room or living room. House is freshly clean, as well as the linens and towels. Pam is a gracious host. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.
