I complained about this property and the way it is being managed. Staff has got no training. Stay away from this property. Extremely under staffed. No lift. They do not clean the rooms ,even after informing. Refrigerator not working. AC not working. Absolutely awful .

Disappointing Stay with Safety Concerns

I was disappointed with my recent stay. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during my visit. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was simply told I could have asked for the service—which was surprising, as I expected regular cleaning without needing to request it each day. More concerningly, someone attempted to enter my room in the early hours of the morning. When I reported this, there was no real follow-up or reassurance from staff, leaving me feeling uneasy for the rest of my stay. While the location was convenient and staff were polite at checkout, the lack of responsiveness to basic expectations and safety concerns makes me hesitant to stay again or recommend this property.

Free breakfast was inedible (raw potatoes, rubber eggs, warm yogurt). No public bathroom, had to climb stairs mid meal to get back to room bathroom when food caused gastric upset. Hallway and stairs stank. Front desk woman really nice (middle aged, brown skinned). She was friendly, helpful, good English, looked up late night restaurants for us.

To avoid

It was the worst experience I had I travel often and I have to rent hotel rooms more than five times a year. Not only is the service bad, the walls are made of cardboard the renovations will be very disturbing The only advantage with breakfast with him and for the same price I advise you to go to the MUST that is right next door.
