À l'intérieur du building, tout est sécuritaire. Personne ne peut se promener dans les couloirs sans accès. Chambre très propre. J'ai effectuer mon late checking à l'Hôtel Ambassadeur et rien à dire. Staff très poli et courtois. M'as indiqué clairement comment me rendre et le fonctionnement avec la clé. Par contre, stationnement limité à l'hotel. Pas asphalté. Le building était propre mais la cours moins.

I booked the better 2-bed room, when I arrived they did not tell me they changed my room. I received a room with one bed, when I inquired they told me they “upgraded” me and they were sold out so no room with two beds available. The next morning I was able To switch rooms but was “downgraded” to the basic room because nothing else was available. Sneaky and disappointing!!

It was a clean room but really really old. The staff was gentle. Don’t take me wrong but when we ask for something they were never sure they said that they didn’t have time to check up for us. The price that I booked the room was not the same when I went to the reception I paid more They never came into the room and put a new towels and did the bedding the only positive things about this hotel was the location it was near everything in Quebec city
