The room was nice but late check in was awful. Uber had to drop us at a different location to check in and we then had to drag our luggage a km up the road after 10pm when we were told it was only 100m away.

Trop dispendieux pour les services. La télé ne fonctionnait pas La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. La toilette étais branlante. Les bornes de recharge était occupé pars des auto au gaz. La clef du bloc à restée bloqué dans la serrure Le préposé à qui j’ai parlé ne comprenait pas mon besoin. Bref je ne retournerai pas à cette hôtel.

Room is good but very dark. Only 3 pillows for two adults. Parking lot fills up quickly. No individual toiletries only a dispenser.

What I liked was that the room was very clean and the location was perfect for us as we wanted to spend some time in Charlevoix and some time in Quebec City. We were on the third floor and it was quiet with the exception of the AC. The AC was very loud, we had to turn it off at night as we could not sleep with the noise it made.The other thing that surprised me was that their was not cleaning service in the room the three days we were there. I know this limited service had started with the pandemic but did not realize that some hotels still did not provide this kind of service. It was ok as we were only there for three nights but it still took me by surprise. There was an envelope in the room for tips, I put money in it on the first day however when I notice the room was not made when we got back to the hotel that evening I took my money back. I tip if I get a service, no service equals no tips...Sorry

Lors de mon arrivée le lobby était fermé, donc j'ai du téléphoner et reprendre ma voiture pour aller à un autre hôtel chercher la clé. Il y a sans doute d'autres moyen ou technologie en 2025 pour procéder autrement.
