Everything was good. The layout could be a bit confusing to find your room in the beginning. If you have one of upper floors, it might be a struggle to bring up multiple heavy bags/baggages since there is no elevator. There was also a slight hiccup with our check in…The code we were given wouldn’t unlock the door, however it was quickly corrected.

I enjoyed my stay, however a few minor annoyances. The toilet holder broke on the first day and blow dryer wouldn’t work in plug in bathroom. Also I was in a room close to guest entrance so a lot of noise late at night coming in.

I was not happy to find out that our rooms were on the third floor and the elevator was not working that day. The receptionist was not aware of this. I also was not a great fan of the manner which we had to enter our room …with a code and there was no lighting in the hallway. Otherwise we had a great stay in your hotel.
