Beautiful farm and house just outside Batesville. It's a short drive to Oxford or Sardis and Enid Lakes. The house is spacious and very comfortable for guests with a large back covered patio as well as backyard area overlooking the barns and acreage. The home has 3 bedrooms with a King, Full, and Twin beds and 2 full bathrooms. It has an open concept with dining, kitchen, and living areas all open to each other making conversation with family and friends more convenient. It's convenient to everything just being mile from Hwy 6.

The perfect house to stay in with great friends while attending HS 40th Class Reunion! Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, and beautiful outdoor area. Will definitely be coming back!!
