I am handicapped and they have two spots for handicapped ppl. You park and then walk a bit get to the door and then you walk up 7 or 8 steps. I almost didn’t make it. The when you get to the lobby floor another long walk. They need training for dealing with and providing proper facilities. Breakfast was dry and coffee was undrinkable . On the good side, it was clean and staff were friendly. I would not recommend to anyone and I won’t be staying there again.

Nice room, all was good except they don't have enough parking at premise and we were told that if no spots left when we came back later that night we were to drive two blocks down to their alternate lot which is not fun when it's cold out and you have to walk back those 2 blocks very late at night. Parking situation was not shared prior to booking room.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Good service, clean and decent breakfast provided. Good hotel to stay at either in winter or summer. Only issue is very limited parking.

Beautiful place. Unique layout, it was difficult to find my room at first. There were a few issues with the cleanliness of my room which showed a lack of thoroughness in cleaning. I informed the staff who were extremely apologetic about the situation after I showed them pictures. There was also an issue with the lock in my door for which I had to go to the lobby to have someone bring a physical key to let me in. The breakfast selection in the front lobby was reasonable. Amazing location for food and shopping in downtown boutique shops. I had to extend my stay by a extra night because of bad weather, and after explaining the situation, they were able to extend my stay at my original nightly rate, rather than regular hotel rates.

The bed was very comfy and the rooms were clean but the rooms are not soundproof. I was woken up during the night several times from people just walking past the room or hearing stairwell doors open and close. There were also no mats in the room and the basement rooms were so small it was really hard to not track road salt through the room. The lobby was pretty & the continental breakfast was a nice addition
