I travel a fair bit and this was the cleanest room I've stayed in. Ever. The room was top down spotless and the staff was lovely. Property is definitely a bit dated at the surface but that doesn't keep it from being tidy. Incredibly comfortable bed, spotless space. Multiple restaurants within 10 minute drive. Highway also within 10 minutes. Great spot if you just need a stop off or don't want you stay in Pittsburgh proper.

We just wish there would be more parking in the proximity of the hotel! Walking 2 blocks for that extra parking lot with some luggage for a whole family is deffinately not ideal.

Pet friendly hotel

This hotel is in the perfect location for accessing the beach or the commercial strip in Orillia. We liked that it is pet-friendly, and had some grass out front to take our dog. Very comfortable bed and room. Staff were great!

Convenient hotel located across the beach with high level of cleanliness in the room, however, they had bare minimum breakfast selection with minimal supervision to replenish the basics like coffee. I would recommend to disregard their “breakfast included” when selecting this hotel.

The listing is poor, it says "Family Friendly and crib available" then later in the listing, no crib available, to be sure, we called 2 days before arrival and front desk person said, yes we can have a crib ready. Arrive for check in and told no we never had any cribs. Somebody lied. To their credit, the person on found a pack and play so we didn't have to look for another hotel Understaffed and when asked for housekeeping to come in the next day, they never came and we are told they went home. Rooms are cramped, and the bed actually blocks the entrance to the bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a selection of juice, coffee and when you're lucky, milk plus pastries. It's ok but for 250$ a night this is not good value. Location is fine, near the main streets of Orillia

It was good value. Our room had a parking lot view but no biggie. It's a bit out dated but was clean and walking distance to a nice dinner at the Hog and Penny.

Nice spot, would stay again.

Great spot in the area. Tastefully updated. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Be warned there is basically zero on premise parking so plant drop off your stuff and find parking within walking distance.

Very nice historical hotel but with modern amenities. Smaller room but excellent staff, good free breakfast and fantastic location by the waterfront and downtown Orillia. Lots of dining and shopping around the hotel. Free hotel parking was great.
