The room was smelly and damped, not well ventilated. The breakfast - fruits were not restocked. They had one unripe banana in the basket for two days that we were there. The sausage muffin was subpar, very low standard.

Before we entered, Bathroom sink clogged the entire stay. Housekeeping didn’t fill toilet paper or put trash bags in cans, etc.

The hallways were very very noisy! We had lots of noise all evening with people partying as they walked to their rooms, and doors slamming. Then at 2:30 am we were woken up with a screaming baby in the hall. There seems to be very little noise reduction insulation with the doors and the large space underneath the doors. Otherwise if you can stand the noise, nice hotel.

While the attendant at check in was friendly and courteous, the room left much to be desired. The bed linens were dirty; the white bed sheets were actually stained and dingy grey. There was a stain on the window seat. Overall the room was not clean. We will never stay at this facility again.
