The cleaning staff did a really thorough job and almost did too much for a longer term stay. On several occasions we had to tell them no cleaning was needed and it almost made some of them uncomfortable. We were unfortunate to get a room that almost always had someone in the room above making unacceptable amounts of noise throughout the night. Lodged multiple complaints to the front desk that was met with apathetic apologies. They kept filling that room day in, day out with the same type of noisy patrons. We requested a late check out (1 pm) and it was adamantly refused by front desk. The room itself was ok; the “stick on” floor laminate was laughably poor and it sounded like you were walking on packing tape. The kitchenette with sink and apartment sized fridge was a great feature, however, there were no plates, cutlery or dish soap, but at least they supplied dish cloths and towels. The beds were not the comfiest beds we’ve experienced and the sheets left a lot to be desired. Location wise, it was as good as can be hoped for with a budget option. Traffic can get busy on the Bedford highway, especially with seasonal construction. There are a couple/few trains a day that pass by not 200 ft from the backside of the facility; luckily the earliest one we heard was at 6 am and the latest was 10 pm. All in all, we were not unhappy with the two week stay, as it is a budget option and we never felt the need to go somewhere else. Expect to supply yourself with some essentials.
