Welcome to Freundschaft Ranch, a unique fully off-grid retreat with backup generators and 2 wells on over 160 acres of secluded Texas countryside. What began as a personal family haven has evolved into an exclusive destination for guests seeking both adventure and relaxation. Our property features eight luxurious king beds across the main house and two cottages, offering the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. We offer a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities for a memorable stay.

Spend the day at our fishing on our private lakes or creek, enjoy a massage, or have a private chef prepare a meal just for you. If you're up for some action, go kayaking, paddle boarding on any of our recreational bodies of water, Play on our Disc Golf Course, enjoy roasting smore's at our 24 person family gathering firepit, go for a hike on miles of recreational trails and horseback riding through the ranch.

For a relaxing and grounding experience enjoy being in nature surrounded by wildlife - deer, hogs, birds of prey including bald eagles, turkeys, foxes, bobcats, armadillos, road runners, black squirrels, and more. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

We are located just 20 mins to Huntsville, 30 mins to college station, 60 minutes to the woodlands etc may be good.

Absolutely stunning property!! Comfortably hosted my whole family gathering of 15 people with room to spare. Horse back riding through the ranch was an amazing experience and is highly recommended. Hosts were very responsive and helped us out whenever it was needed. The sulfur in the well water causes a bad smell to come out of the water but is completely safe, just prepare to deal with the smell in the main house. Other houses had no issues with the sulfur smell!

Beautiful property. We enjoyed fishing, disc golf, arcade games, fire pit and seeing so many deer. The host was easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. We hope to stay again.
